In this post I will tell you my favourite smoothie recipes and there super powers. \n<br>\n<br>Each of these Super smoothies as I like to call them each target a vital part of our bodies from our Skin to eye health to improving our digestive system. Oh and did I mention they are super yummy.\n<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Super Skin smoothie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>In my super skin smoothie I like to include <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Water<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0 I put enough water to cover the contents of the smoothie <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>O<strong>ranges<\/strong> they give the smoothie that sweetness . They also help your body make collagen and high in vitamin c whilst preventing your skin from damage <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Banana<\/strong> keeps your skin healthy , hydrates and moisturises <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Cucumber<\/strong> Full of antioxidants cucumbers help protect your skin from damaging and aging. They can also improve skin texture and appearance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Celery<\/strong> is packed with a lot of goodness I try to put it in every smoothie I make. It\u2019s full of antioxidants,\u00a0 has anti inflammatory properties and helps your skin stay hydrated and helps reduce blemishes and acne scaring <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Super Eye smoothie<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>In my super eye smoothie I like to include <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Water<\/strong>\u00a0 I put enough water to cover the contents of the smoothie <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Yellow apples<\/strong> are packed with goodness and specifically help with our night vision.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <br><strong>Celery<\/strong> is one of the most effective ways to improve our vision and actually surpasses blueberries which is the only other food that can protect your eyesight to this level.\u00a0 So definitely include this in your super smoothie <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Purple grapes<\/strong> by including them to your smoothie you are\u00a0 protecting your retina from deterioration a vital part of our eye health <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Banana<\/strong> are an excellent way to improve eye health as they are known to be an excellent source of nutrients. By adding Bananas into your diet you are slowing down sight loss conditions such as retinitis pigmentosa and macular degeneration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Super digestive smoothie<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>In my super digestive smoothie I like to include <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Water<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0 I put enough water to cover the contents of the smoothie <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Celery<\/strong> by now you\u2019ll notice Celery really is a super vegetable.\u00a0 By adding it into your digestive smoothie you are packing giving yourself some vitamin c which is known for help your gut balance between good and bad bacteria . A singular stick of celery includes at least 12\u00a0 antioxidants and can reduce inflammation in the digestive tract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Oranges<\/strong> are full of vitamin c which help prevent ulcers. Oranges are great source of fibre which in turn helps our digestive system process food and keep a healthy weight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Bananas<\/strong>\u00a0 help prevent constipation, improve gut health and digestion.
