I’m really looking forward to talking about menstrual cycles with you.  Our bodies are constantly changing during our cycle and not just when mother nature turns up but from the very moment our period begins, so does our cycle. Its been really interesting for me whilst researching this post to also learn and make connection into regards to where I am in my cycle and I hope this helps you understand the changes your body goes through over the month.

Let’s Get Running

I began my running journey in June 2024 and a big reason why I kept putting it off was I didn’t feel ready . Even now, 7 weeks since I began  I’m constantly learning about running , my body, and so many other things I couldn’t even begin to tell you’d I’d have learnt from running. 


If your like me your still hesitant  or anxious to hit the open road and get running then this post is for you, by the end of it I hope it gives your the courage to get out there because it’s honestly the best feeling when you complete a run and you’ll be thinking why didn’t you start sooner
